What Nobody Tells You… But We Do
We believe in doing things right: garments created to order, responsible dyes, and a production process that exudes calm and ocean vibes. Here we've gathered the most common questions to ensure your experience is as seamless as the garments we work with.
Generals
Are all garments produced to order?
Yes. Each design is printed specifically for each order. This prevents overproduction and ensures a freshly made piece.
What materials do they use and how do I care for the garment?
Our t-shirts are made from 100% combed organic cotton, 180 gr/m² , without polyester fibers.
The inks are acrylic and water-based, solvent-free, to minimize environmental impact.
Recommended care: wash inside out, on a cotton cycle; iron inside out to preserve the screen print.
Is shipping free after a certain amount?
The website mentions “FREE SHIPPING on orders over €75” for Spain.
Shipment
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
At PERKAL, we work on a made-to-order basis: once payment is confirmed, we begin production (printing, drying, curing) of your garment. According to our policy, we need between 48 and 72 hours (business days) for preparation. PERKAL
Shipping is also an option: for mainland Spain, once the order leaves the workshop, it takes 24-48 hours . PERKAL
If you are outside the peninsula (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or another country) other conditions may apply.
Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
Once an order has left our workshop, we cannot guarantee changes of address unless the customer assumes the additional costs and the change is expressly agreed upon by both parties. PERKAL
What is the exchange and return policy?
- We accept size exchanges up to 30 days after receiving your order. PERKAL
- We do not accept returns as all our screen-printed garments are made to order. PERKAL
- If the garment arrives damaged or with a manufacturing/printing error attributable to PERKAL, the replacement will be at our expense. PERKAL
- Exchanges only apply to the same garment/style . If you want a different style or color, you'll need to place a new order. PERKAL
- Shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
How to choose the right size?
In each product description, you'll find a size chart specific to each size. Since we work with 100% combed organic cotton (180 g/m²) and custom screen printing, it's important that you review this guide before purchasing. PERKAL
We recommend washing the garments inside out, on a cotton program, and ironing them inside out to better preserve the print.
