Shipments
At Perkal we work to order. Once the payment confirmation arrives, we get to work. Let's do it? Yes. We take care of the entire silkscreen printing process, from printing, continuing with the drying process and then the curing process to achieve a quality garment. We need between 48h and 72h (starting on the first working day) to make a good cure (process so that the paint is well sealed and prolong its duration). Then you just need to close it in our packaging and READY to send. The transport company will come to the workshop to collect the package and bring it to your home.
When the purchase is made, a confirmation email is automatically sent, in many cases depending on the email account it can be located in the spam mailbox.
If for any reason we do not have stock, we will contact you to inform you of the delay.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for orders once the entire stamping process has been completed is 24 to 48 hours (only for peninsular shipments; the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded). Our shipments are made with Correos Express with 24-hour shipments, it may be that the carrier has some delay and it is not 24 hours but 48 hours.
If for any reason the order has to be delayed, we will contact you to let you know.Once the order has left our workshop, we will not be able to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear broken down in the summary of your purchase. The expenses in Spain (peninsula) are € 3.95 and the expenses for the Balearic Islands are € 8.00 Shipments to Europe are € 8.00.
Can I request the delivery of an order outside of Spain?

What do I do if my order does not arrive?
If days after the estimated arrival of the package has not arrived, contact us through the mail info@perkalbcn.com.
